Unsuitable submissions

Presently, we are receiving a large number of submissions which are clearly out of scope of our journal. These submissions are not admitted to the review process, but are rejected after a first check by the editors.
All prospective authors, planning to submit their paper to our journal, are strongly advised to review the "Information for Authors" section on our website.
Restricting submissions to papers within the scope of hthp will help to save time and efforts for both, authors and editors.
